July TBR | What We're Reading This Month

A new month means a fresh reading list, new adventures and plenty of stories we're excited to dive into.
June was a great reading month for us, and although we didn't manage to finish everything we had planned, we're happy to carry a few books into July, while also adding some exciting new reads.
Here's what's on our July TBR!
📖 Continuing from June:
⚔️ The Assassin's Blade by Sarah J. Maas
We're currently making our way through Celaena's prequel stories and absolutely loving being back in the Throne of Glass world. We're excited to learn more about her past before continuing with the main series.
🌅 Sunrise on the Reaping by Suzanne Collins (Bia)
I am finally returning to Panem to discover Haymitch's story. We've both been looking forward to this one ever since it was announced and can't wait to see how it expands the Hunger Games universe.
🔥 Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins (André)
André is continuing his Hunger Games journey with Catching Fire. It's one of the most beloved books in the series, and my personal favourite.
🌟 Starting this Month:
🌊 The Summer I Turned Pretty by Jenny Han
Summer simply wouldn't feel complete without a trip back to Cousins Beach. Since we're also planning to watch the TV adaptation, July feels like the perfect time for a reread. The first season is the only one we've watched so far, so this summer we'll finally be catching up with the rest of the series.

🏒 The Mistake by Elle Kennedy
We're finally continuing the Off-Campus series! After enjoying The Deal, we're looking forward to getting to know Logan and Grace and seeing why so many readers love this book.
🧪 The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood
This has been sitting on our TBR for far too long. We've heard amazing things about this romance, and we can't wait to finally see what all the hype is about. Plus the movie is right around the corner so we better hurry up!
As you can see, our July reading list has a little bit of everything. Hopefully we'll manage to finish everything on this list, but even if we don't, we're just excited to spend another month discovering new stories together.

Um novo mês significa uma nova lista de leituras, novas aventuras e muitas histórias nas quais mal podemos esperar para mergulhar.
Junho foi um excelente mês de leituras para nós e, apesar de não termos conseguido terminar tudo o que tínhamos planeado, estamos felizes por levar alguns livros connosco para julho, ao mesmo tempo que acrescentamos novas leituras à lista.

📖 A continuar de junho:
⚔️ A Lâmina da Assassina da Sarah J. Maas
Estamos a avançar pelas novelas que servem de prequela à história da Celaena e estamos a adorar regressar ao universo de Throne of Glass. Estamos muito curiosos para descobrir mais sobre o passado dela antes de continuarmos a série principal.
🌅 Amanhecer na Ceifa da Suzanne Collins (Bia)
Finalmente vou regressar a Panem para descobrir a história do Haymitch. Estamos os dois ansiosos por ler este livro desde que foi anunciado e mal podemos esperar para ver como expande o universo de Os Jogos da Fome.
🔥 Em Chamas da Suzanne Collins (André)
O André vai continuar a sua jornada por Panem com Em Chamas. É um dos livros mais adorados da série e, pessoalmente, o meu favorito.
🌟 A começar este mês
🌊 O Verão em que Me Apaixonei da Jenny Han
O verão simplesmente não parece completo sem uma viagem de regresso a Cousins Beach.
Como também estamos a planear ver a adaptação, julho pareceu-nos o momento perfeito para fazer uma releitura. Até agora, só vimos a primeira temporada quando estreou, por isso este verão vamos finalmente pôr a série em dia.
Gostavam que fôssemos partilhando a nossa opinião à medida que vemos cada temporada e a comparássemos com os livros? 📺📚
🏒 O Erro da Elle Kennedy
Finalmente vamos continuar a série Off-Campus! Depois de adorarmos The Deal, estamos muito entusiasmados por conhecer melhor o Logan e a Grace e perceber porque é que este livro é um dos favoritos de tantos leitores.
🧪 A Hipótese do Amor da Ali Hazelwood
Este livro está na nossa TBR há demasiado tempo. Temos ouvido coisas fantásticas sobre este romance e mal podemos esperar para descobrir se faz jus a toda a fama que tem. Além disso, a adaptação cinematográfica está mesmo ao virar da esquina, por isso está na altura de o lermos!
Como podem ver, a nossa lista de leituras para julho tem um bocadinho de tudo. Esperamos conseguir terminar todos estes livros, mas, mesmo que isso não aconteça, estamos simplesmente felizes por passar mais um mês a descobrir novas histórias juntos.
