Our Book Fair Haul

(English)

Okay… we may have forgotten to show you this. 🫣

We're a little late, but we finally decided it was time to share our book fair haul!

As usual, we went in with absolutely no intention of coming home with this many things. And, as usual, that plan lasted approximately five minutes hehehe.

This time, we came home with a very colourful mix of books that probably says quite a lot about our reading tastes.

We picked up And Now, Back to You by B.K. Borison, Happy Place by Emily Henry, Two Can Play by Ali Hazelwood and One Golden Summer by Carley Fortune, so, apparently, we were still very much in the mood for romance 🤭.

Then we added Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid, A Steep and Savage Path by J.J.A. Harwood and A Deadly Inheritance by Kelley Armstrong, bringing a little more variety to the pile.

We also couldn't resist A Midwinter's Tail by Lili Hayward, because apparently we're already preparing for the Christmas reading season. 🎄😂

And then there's Alchemised by SenLinYu, which had been on our radar for a while and finally made its way home with us. And the edition we picked is gorgeous, isn’t it? 😍

But books for reading weren't the only thing we bought.

We also picked up Murdoku, a puzzle book with crimes to solve. So technically, not everything in this haul is something we're going to read... some of it is going to make us question our ability to solve crimes. Do you think we can do it? 🔎

Looking back at the pile, we're actually pretty happy with our choices. There's romance, mystery, fantasy, some darker stories, a little Christmas spirit and even something completely different to do when we want a break from reading.

Which one would you pick up first? Tell us in the comments and see you next time 😊

Trouxemos And Now, Back to You*, da B.K.
