Butterbeer for a cold day 🥶

Well, it's too cold outside to endure the day without a hot beverage. And since Harry Potter is such a conforting series for Christmas, why not make Butterbeer? 🍻

For this recipe we used:

• Liquid caramel;
• Milk;
• Whipped cream.

We warmed the milk on the Aeroccino (but you can use the stove). While the milk is warming up, use a spoon 🥄 and pour caramel on it. Then use the spoon to spread the caramel on the cup. Pour the milk in the cup, top it with whipped cream and add a straw.

Bem, está demasiado frio lá fora para aguentar o dia sem uma bebida quente. E como Harry Potter é uma saga de conforto na altura do Natal, porque não fazer Cerveja de Manteiga? 🍻

Para esta receita usamos:

• Caramelo liquido;
• Leite;
• Chantilly.

Aquecemos o leite no Aeroccino (mas também podem aquecer no fogão). Enquanto o leite está a aquecer, usem uma colher 🥄 e encham-na de caramelo. Usem a colher para espalhar o caramelo na caneca . Adicionem o leite à caneca, juntem o chantilly em cima e uma palhinha.
