Today we bring you a recipe for a lemon and blueberry cake that I prepared for AndrΓ© πŸ₯°. I got the idea from a recipe book from a supermarket and just so you know I was missing one ingredient, but I still think it went well πŸ€—. I leave here the recipe πŸ“„.

Recipe:

Start by preheating the oven to 180 ΒΊC πŸ”₯ and grease an English cake pan (those rectangular ones) with butter (1 dessert spoon πŸ₯„). Line it with baking paper.

Keep 2 bowls near you and in one, mix the flour with baking powder (200 g) and salt πŸ§‚ (1 teaspoon). In the other bowl, mix together 80g of melted butter, sugar (200g), 2 eggs πŸ₯šπŸ₯š and the zest and juice of one lemon πŸ‹. Add the flour bowl to the other, add milk πŸ₯› (100 mL) and mix well πŸ₯„.

In a small bowl place the blueberries (250 g) and mix with 2 spoons πŸ₯„πŸ₯„ of plain flour. Then add them to the dough and mix well.

Place in the baking pan and bake for 45 minutes ⏲. When it's ready, don't take it out of the pan! πŸ›‘ Let it cool and then take it out of the pan.

For the syrup, melt butter (2 spoons πŸ₯„πŸ₯„), powdered sugar (60 g), and lemon juice πŸ‹.

Hoje trazemos-vos a receita do bolo de limΓ£o e mirtilos que preparei para o AndrΓ© πŸ₯°. A ideia veio de um livro de culinΓ‘ria do Pingo Doce e sΓ³ para que saibam faltava-me um ingrediente, mas ainda assim acho que correu bem πŸ€—. Deixo aqui o que fiz, mas vejam no site a versΓ£o original com o ingrediente em falta.

Receita:
Comecem por prΓ©-aquecer o forno a 180 ΒΊC πŸ”₯ e untem uma forma de bolo inglΓͺs (aquelas retangulares) com manteiga (1 colher de sobremesa πŸ₯„). Forrem com papel vegetal.

Mantenham 2 taΓ§as perto de vocΓͺs e numa misturem a farinha com fermento (200 g) e sal πŸ§‚ (1 colher de cafΓ©). Na outra taΓ§a, misturem 80 g de manteiga derretida, aΓ§ΓΊcar (200 g), os 2 ovos πŸ₯šπŸ₯š e a raspa e sumo de um limΓ£o πŸ‹. Juntem a taΓ§a da farinha Γ  outra, vΓ£o adicionando leite πŸ₯› (100 mL) e misturem bem.
Numa tacinha coloquem os mirtilos (250 g) e envolvam com 2 colheres πŸ₯„πŸ₯„ de farinha normal. Depois adicionem Γ  massa e misturem bem.
Coloquem na forma e levem ao forno por 45 minutos ⏲. Quando estiver pronto, nΓ£o tirem da forma!πŸ›‘ Deixem arrefecer e depois tirem da forma.
Para a calda, derretam manteiga (2 colheres πŸ₯„πŸ₯„), aΓ§ΓΊcar em pΓ³ (60 g) e sumo de limΓ£o πŸ‹.
