Hello guys! 🤗 If you are a part of the book community either on Instagram , TikTok, YouTube or any other social network, there is a pretty solid chance that you came across content about Taylor Jenkins Reid novel The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo 👗💚. This book conquered its place as one of bookworms favourites and you can't deny it ☝🏼😌.

The story follows the life of Evelyn Hugo, one of the most famous actresses in Hollywood during its golden age ✨. Her iconic blonde hair, against her tanned skin have turned heads from day one, but no one can ever forget Evelyn as being the Hollywood icon with 7 marriages. 7 husbands!!! 😶😶😶 All of them gone leaving no one other that Evelyn with the insides of the relationships. Close to 80 years old, Evelyn lived enough to fill the pages of a book and is the dream of any reporter 📝. This opportunity comes to Monique Grant, a reporter that is beyond surprised to be chosen for an interview with Evelyn only to find out she is willing to tell her entire story and give her material for the book deal of the century ! 😱 But why would Evelyn do this? What connects these 2 women to each other? Will Evelyn finally reveal who is the the love of her life among all of her marriages? 😶

Taylor Jenkins Reid as quickly become one of our favourites. The fictional Hollywood characters created by Reid make this book seductive and so vivid that you can help, but picturing everything inside your head. One thing is very clear from the beginning: Evelyn is not a good person. She herself admits that if she was putted in the same spot, she would do it all over again. Still, she is a fascinating character with extraordinary and cunning instincts, that will leave you fascinated from day one 😯. And now she's prepared to let the world know who she really is.

The story is separated through chapters and through husbands segments, introduced with their names and a short description of each of them. Each of the descriptions leaves a first impression difficult to erase and very true in what comes to the characters personality, but do not be fooled!☝🏼😌 They are not a definitive characterization of what that character is from the beginning to the end. 😌😏

We have to admit that Harry conquered a place in our hearts as our favourite husband (and we dare to say character). He is just an easy likeable character and we think most of you who read the book would feel the same 😊🤗.

With a very fast paced narrative and a very interesting set of characters and relationships, The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo will for sure be stuck in our minds for a long time and we cannot wait to check more of Taylor Jenkins Reid's work 🤗👉🏻👈🏻.

Definitely a read worth ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/6. Will it make our top books of the year? 🤔😌

Uma coisa é muito clara desde o início: Evelyn não é boa pessoa. Ela própria admite que se fosse posta na mesma posição, faria tudo outra vez. Ainda assim, ela é uma personagem com instintos extraordinários e astutos, que vos irá deixar fascinados desde o primeiro momento 😯. E agora, está preparada para deixar o mundo conhecê-la tal como é.

A história está separada entre capítulos e por maridos, sendo introduzida com o nome de cada um e uma pequenina descrição deles. Cada descrição deixa uma primeira impressão difícil de apagar e muito verdadeira face as suas personalidades, mas não se deixem enganar! ☝🏼😌 Elas não são uma caraterização do que a personagem é desde o início ao fim. 😌😏

Nós temos de admitir que o Harry conquistou um lugar no nosso coração como o marido favorito (e ousamos dizer personagem). É simplesmente uma personagem facilmente adorada e pensamos que a maioria de vocês que leiam o livro vão sentir o mesmo 😊🤗.
