Chicken and pepper with rice πŸ—πŸšπŸ₯—

Hello guys! πŸ€— While we were on vacation we tried to make some new dishes, so that we could share some recipes with you πŸ€—. Today, we bring you our recipe for chicken and pepper with rice πŸ—πŸš.

Preparation:
Start by slicing πŸ”ͺ the chicken breasts (400 g) and season with lemon juice πŸ‹ (1), salt πŸ§‚ (1 tea spoon πŸ₯„) and sweet chilli (1 table spoonπŸ₯„).
Add rice (2 handfuls 🍚) to a pan, a drop of olive oil and salt to taste and heat up until the misture starts frying a bit πŸ₯˜. Then add water until the rice is covered and put the lead on, letting the rice cook for around 10 minutes ⏲️ or until all the water evaporated πŸ’§.
On another pan, add olive oil (1 table spoonπŸ₯„) and then the chicken πŸ—. Cook it for 10 minutes ⏲️until it's mostly done πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ.
For the peppers, you can mix and match per say πŸ₯—. We had red πŸ”΄ and green πŸ«‘ peppers, but feel free to try other colors... Slice 3 peppers thinly πŸ«‘πŸ«‘πŸ«‘, along with 2 onions πŸ§…πŸ§… and some garlic πŸ§„.
Take the chicken out of the pan and to the same pan, add olive oil (1 table spoonπŸ₯„), garlic πŸ§„, onion πŸ§… and pepper πŸ«‘ previously sliced πŸ”ͺ, and season with salt πŸ§‚ (1 tea spoonπŸ₯„). Let it cook for 10 minutes ⏲️.
By this time the rice 🍚 must be ready, so check it and if it is, stop the cooking πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ™…πŸ»‍♀️. Add a can of cooked red beans πŸ₯« (200 g) and the chicken πŸ— and mix it all up.
Add some cilantro and lemon slices πŸ‹ before serving with the rice 🍚 and enjoy! πŸ€—πŸ₯°

OlΓ‘ pessoal! πŸ€— Enquanto estΓ‘vamos de fΓ©rias tentamos cozinhar novos pratos para podermos partilhar algumas receitas novas convosco πŸ€—. Hoje trazemos-vos a receita para frango com pimentos e arrozπŸ—πŸš.

Preparação:
Comecem por cortar πŸ”ͺ os peitos de frango (400 g) e temperem com sumo de limΓ£o πŸ‹ (1), sal πŸ§‚ (1 colher de chΓ‘πŸ₯„) e pimentΓ£o doce (1 colher de sopaπŸ₯„).
Coloquem arroz numa panela (2 mΓ£os cheias 🍚) e reguem com algum azeite e sal a gosto e aqueΓ§am atΓ© a mistura fritar ligeiramente πŸ₯˜. Depois adicionem Γ‘gua atΓ© o arroz estar coberto, ponham o testo e deixem o arroz cozinhar por aproximadamente 10 minutos ⏲️ ou atΓ© toda a Γ‘gua ter evaporado πŸ’§.
Numa frigideira, adicionem azeite (1 colher de sopa πŸ₯„) e o frango πŸ—. Cozinhem por 10 minutos ⏲️ atΓ© estar praticamente cozinhado πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ.
Para os pimentos, podem misturar Γ  vontade πŸ₯—. NΓ³s adicionamos vermelhos πŸ”΄ e verdes πŸ«‘, mas sintam-se Γ  vontade para tentar pimentos de outras cores... Cortem 3 pimentos πŸ«‘πŸ«‘πŸ«‘ Γ s fatias, 2 cebolas πŸ§…πŸ§… e alho πŸ§„.
tirem o frango da frigideira e nessa mesma, coloquem azeite (1 colher de sopaπŸ₯„), o alho πŸ§„, cebolas πŸ§… e pimentos πŸ«‘, previamente cortados πŸ”ͺ, e temperam com sal πŸ§‚ (1 colher de chΓ‘πŸ₯„). Cozinhem por 10 minutos ⏲️.
Nesta altura, o arroz 🍚 jΓ‘ deve estar pronto por isso verifiquem e se estiver, parem a cozedura πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ™…πŸ»‍♀️. Adicionem um lata de feijΓ£o vermelho cozido πŸ₯« (200 g ) e o frango πŸ— e misturem.
Coloquem coentros e fatias de limΓ£o πŸ‹ antes de servir com o arroz 🍚 e desfrutem! πŸ€—πŸ₯°
