Chicken and pepper with rice ๐๐๐ฅ

Hello guys! ๐ค While we were on vacation we tried to make some new dishes, so that we could share some recipes with you ๐ค. Today, we bring you our recipe for chicken and pepper with rice ๐๐.
Preparation:
Start by slicing ๐ช the chicken breasts (400 g) and season with lemon juice ๐ (1), salt ๐ง (1 tea spoon ๐ฅ) and sweet chilli (1 table spoon๐ฅ).
Add rice (2 handfuls ๐) to a pan, a drop of olive oil and salt to taste and heat up until the misture starts frying a bit ๐ฅ. Then add water until the rice is covered and put the lead on, letting the rice cook for around 10 minutes ⏲️ or until all the water evaporated ๐ง.
On another pan, add olive oil (1 table spoon๐ฅ) and then the chicken ๐. Cook it for 10 minutes ⏲️until it's mostly done ๐๐ผ.
For the peppers, you can mix and match per say ๐ฅ. We had red ๐ด and green ๐ซ peppers, but feel free to try other colors... Slice 3 peppers thinly ๐ซ๐ซ๐ซ, along with 2 onions ๐ง
๐ง
and some garlic ๐ง.
Take the chicken out of the pan and to the same pan, add olive oil (1 table spoon๐ฅ), garlic ๐ง, onion ๐ง
and pepper ๐ซ previously sliced ๐ช, and season with salt ๐ง (1 tea spoon๐ฅ). Let it cook for 10 minutes ⏲️.
By this time the rice ๐ must be ready, so check it and if it is, stop the cooking ๐๐ป๐
๐ป♀️. Add a can of cooked red beans ๐ฅซ (200 g) and the chicken ๐ and mix it all up.
Add some cilantro and lemon slices ๐ before serving with the rice ๐ and enjoy! ๐ค๐ฅฐ

Olรก pessoal! ๐ค Enquanto estรกvamos de fรฉrias tentamos cozinhar novos pratos para podermos partilhar algumas receitas novas convosco ๐ค. Hoje trazemos-vos a receita para frango com pimentos e arroz๐๐.
Preparaรงรฃo:
Comecem por cortar ๐ช os peitos de frango (400 g) e temperem com sumo de limรฃo ๐ (1), sal ๐ง (1 colher de chรก๐ฅ) e pimentรฃo doce (1 colher de sopa๐ฅ).
Coloquem arroz numa panela (2 mรฃos cheias ๐) e reguem com algum azeite e sal a gosto e aqueรงam atรฉ a mistura fritar ligeiramente ๐ฅ. Depois adicionem รกgua atรฉ o arroz estar coberto, ponham o testo e deixem o arroz cozinhar por aproximadamente 10 minutos ⏲️ ou atรฉ toda a รกgua ter evaporado ๐ง.
Numa frigideira, adicionem azeite (1 colher de sopa ๐ฅ) e o frango ๐. Cozinhem por 10 minutos ⏲️ atรฉ estar praticamente cozinhado ๐๐ผ.
Para os pimentos, podem misturar ร vontade ๐ฅ. Nรณs adicionamos vermelhos ๐ด e verdes ๐ซ, mas sintam-se ร vontade para tentar pimentos de outras cores... Cortem 3 pimentos ๐ซ๐ซ๐ซ ร s fatias, 2 cebolas ๐ง

e alho ๐ง.
tirem o frango da frigideira e nessa mesma, coloquem azeite (1 colher de sopa๐ฅ), o alho ๐ง, cebolas ๐ง
e pimentos ๐ซ, previamente cortados ๐ช, e temperam com sal ๐ง (1 colher de chรก๐ฅ). Cozinhem por 10 minutos ⏲️.
Nesta altura, o arroz ๐ jรก deve estar pronto por isso verifiquem e se estiver, parem a cozedura ๐๐ป๐
๐ป♀️. Adicionem um lata de feijรฃo vermelho cozido ๐ฅซ (200 g ) e o frango ๐ e misturem.
Coloquem coentros e fatias de limรฃo ๐ antes de servir com o arroz ๐ e desfrutem! ๐ค๐ฅฐ
