Chicken and pepper with rice ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿš๐Ÿฅ—

Hello guys! ๐Ÿค— While we were on vacation we tried to make some new dishes, so that we could share some recipes with you ๐Ÿค—. Today, we bring you our recipe for chicken and pepper with rice ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿš.

Preparation:
Start by slicing ๐Ÿ”ช the chicken breasts (400 g) and season with lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹ (1), salt ๐Ÿง‚ (1 tea spoon ๐Ÿฅ„) and sweet chilli (1 table spoon๐Ÿฅ„).
Add rice (2 handfuls ๐Ÿš) to a pan, a drop of olive oil and salt to taste and heat up until the misture starts frying a bit ๐Ÿฅ˜. Then add water until the rice is covered and put the lead on, letting the rice cook for around 10 minutes ⏲️ or until all the water evaporated ๐Ÿ’ง.
On another pan, add olive oil (1 table spoon๐Ÿฅ„) and then the chicken ๐Ÿ—. Cook it for 10 minutes ⏲️until it's mostly done ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ.
For the peppers, you can mix and match per say ๐Ÿฅ—. We had red ๐Ÿ”ด and green ๐Ÿซ‘ peppers, but feel free to try other colors... Slice 3 peppers thinly ๐Ÿซ‘๐Ÿซ‘๐Ÿซ‘, along with 2 onions ๐Ÿง…๐Ÿง… and some garlic ๐Ÿง„.
Take the chicken out of the pan and to the same pan, add olive oil (1 table spoon๐Ÿฅ„), garlic ๐Ÿง„, onion ๐Ÿง… and pepper ๐Ÿซ‘ previously sliced ๐Ÿ”ช, and season with salt ๐Ÿง‚ (1 tea spoon๐Ÿฅ„). Let it cook for 10 minutes ⏲️.
By this time the rice ๐Ÿš must be ready, so check it and if it is, stop the cooking ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿป‍♀️. Add a can of cooked red beans ๐Ÿฅซ (200 g) and the chicken ๐Ÿ— and mix it all up.
Add some cilantro and lemon slices ๐Ÿ‹ before serving with the rice ๐Ÿš and enjoy! ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿฅฐ

Olรก pessoal! ๐Ÿค— Enquanto estรกvamos de fรฉrias tentamos cozinhar novos pratos para podermos partilhar algumas receitas novas convosco ๐Ÿค—. Hoje trazemos-vos a receita para frango com pimentos e arroz๐Ÿ—๐Ÿš.

Preparaรงรฃo:
Comecem por cortar ๐Ÿ”ช os peitos de frango (400 g) e temperem com sumo de limรฃo ๐Ÿ‹ (1), sal ๐Ÿง‚ (1 colher de chรก๐Ÿฅ„) e pimentรฃo doce (1 colher de sopa๐Ÿฅ„).
Coloquem arroz numa panela (2 mรฃos cheias ๐Ÿš) e reguem com algum azeite e sal a gosto e aqueรงam atรฉ a mistura fritar ligeiramente ๐Ÿฅ˜. Depois adicionem รกgua atรฉ o arroz estar coberto, ponham o testo e deixem o arroz cozinhar por aproximadamente 10 minutos ⏲️ ou atรฉ toda a รกgua ter evaporado ๐Ÿ’ง.
Numa frigideira, adicionem azeite (1 colher de sopa ๐Ÿฅ„) e o frango ๐Ÿ—. Cozinhem por 10 minutos ⏲️ atรฉ estar praticamente cozinhado ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ.
Para os pimentos, podem misturar ร  vontade ๐Ÿฅ—. Nรณs adicionamos vermelhos ๐Ÿ”ด e verdes ๐Ÿซ‘, mas sintam-se ร  vontade para tentar pimentos de outras cores... Cortem 3 pimentos ๐Ÿซ‘๐Ÿซ‘๐Ÿซ‘ ร s fatias, 2 cebolas ๐Ÿง…๐Ÿง… e alho ๐Ÿง„.
tirem o frango da frigideira e nessa mesma, coloquem azeite (1 colher de sopa๐Ÿฅ„), o alho ๐Ÿง„, cebolas ๐Ÿง… e pimentos ๐Ÿซ‘, previamente cortados ๐Ÿ”ช, e temperam com sal ๐Ÿง‚ (1 colher de chรก๐Ÿฅ„). Cozinhem por 10 minutos ⏲️.
Nesta altura, o arroz ๐Ÿš jรก deve estar pronto por isso verifiquem e se estiver, parem a cozedura ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿป‍♀️. Adicionem um lata de feijรฃo vermelho cozido ๐Ÿฅซ (200 g ) e o frango ๐Ÿ— e misturem.
Coloquem coentros e fatias de limรฃo ๐Ÿ‹ antes de servir com o arroz ๐Ÿš e desfrutem! ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿฅฐ
