Chicken and pepper with rice πππ₯

Hello guys! π€ While we were on vacation we tried to make some new dishes, so that we could share some recipes with you π€. Today, we bring you our recipe for chicken and pepper with rice ππ.
Preparation:
Start by slicing πͺ the chicken breasts (400 g) and season with lemon juice π (1), salt π§ (1 tea spoon π₯) and sweet chilli (1 table spoonπ₯).
Add rice (2 handfuls π) to a pan, a drop of olive oil and salt to taste and heat up until the misture starts frying a bit π₯. Then add water until the rice is covered and put the lead on, letting the rice cook for around 10 minutes ⏲️ or until all the water evaporated π§.
On another pan, add olive oil (1 table spoonπ₯) and then the chicken π. Cook it for 10 minutes ⏲️until it's mostly done ππΌ.
For the peppers, you can mix and match per say π₯. We had red π΄ and green π« peppers, but feel free to try other colors... Slice 3 peppers thinly π«π«π«, along with 2 onions π§

and some garlic π§.
Take the chicken out of the pan and to the same pan, add olive oil (1 table spoonπ₯), garlic π§, onion π§
and pepper π« previously sliced πͺ, and season with salt π§ (1 tea spoonπ₯). Let it cook for 10 minutes ⏲️.
By this time the rice π must be ready, so check it and if it is, stop the cooking ππ»π
π»♀️. Add a can of cooked red beans π₯« (200 g) and the chicken π and mix it all up.
Add some cilantro and lemon slices π before serving with the rice π and enjoy! π€π₯°

OlΓ‘ pessoal! π€ Enquanto estΓ‘vamos de fΓ©rias tentamos cozinhar novos pratos para podermos partilhar algumas receitas novas convosco π€. Hoje trazemos-vos a receita para frango com pimentos e arrozππ.
Preparação:
Comecem por cortar πͺ os peitos de frango (400 g) e temperem com sumo de limΓ£o π (1), sal π§ (1 colher de chΓ‘π₯) e pimentΓ£o doce (1 colher de sopaπ₯).
Coloquem arroz numa panela (2 mΓ£os cheias π) e reguem com algum azeite e sal a gosto e aqueΓ§am atΓ© a mistura fritar ligeiramente π₯. Depois adicionem Γ‘gua atΓ© o arroz estar coberto, ponham o testo e deixem o arroz cozinhar por aproximadamente 10 minutos ⏲️ ou atΓ© toda a Γ‘gua ter evaporado π§.
Numa frigideira, adicionem azeite (1 colher de sopa π₯) e o frango π. Cozinhem por 10 minutos ⏲️ atΓ© estar praticamente cozinhado ππΌ.
Para os pimentos, podem misturar Γ vontade π₯. NΓ³s adicionamos vermelhos π΄ e verdes π«, mas sintam-se Γ vontade para tentar pimentos de outras cores... Cortem 3 pimentos π«π«π« Γ s fatias, 2 cebolas π§

e alho π§.
tirem o frango da frigideira e nessa mesma, coloquem azeite (1 colher de sopaπ₯), o alho π§, cebolas π§
e pimentos π«, previamente cortados πͺ, e temperam com sal π§ (1 colher de chΓ‘π₯). Cozinhem por 10 minutos ⏲️.
Nesta altura, o arroz π jΓ‘ deve estar pronto por isso verifiquem e se estiver, parem a cozedura ππ»π
π»♀️. Adicionem um lata de feijΓ£o vermelho cozido π₯« (200 g ) e o frango π e misturem.
Coloquem coentros e fatias de limΓ£o π antes de servir com o arroz π e desfrutem! π€π₯°
