(English)
Hi everyone! πŸ€— How have you been? It's been a long time since we posted the last "couple's cooking date recommendations", so we thought it was time to give you one more recipe for you to try πŸ˜ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ». This time we bring you Chai Latte ☕ and energy balls πŸ§†.
For the 2 Chai Lattes, we will need.

Ingredients:
  • 375 mililiters of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tea bag of cinnamon and apple tea
  • Vanilla extract
  • Cloves
  • Powder cinnamon
  • Powder nutmeg
  • 2 anise stars

Preparation:
Warm the milk on a pan until it starts to boil and then take it away from the flame πŸ”₯. Add as much cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg as you like and last, but not least, add your tablespoon of honey and give it a good mix.

When everything is well mixed, add the teabag, put the lid on and let is sit for 5 minutes or more, depending on how strong you want the flavour to be.

Remove the little cloves and the teabag before pouring the milk in 2 cups. Decorate with a bit of cinnamon, if you like and add a anise star to each cup 😊⭐.

For the energy balls:

Ingredients:
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespons of powder cacao
  • 200 grams of dates
  • 100 grams oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut vegetable milk

Preparation:
Cut the chocolate in small pieces. To a kitchen robot, add the dates with no seed and mash it, until in looks like a slimy paste. Add the cacao and the coconut milk and mix it all. Pour this mix into a bowl and add the oat flakes and the pieces of chocolate. Mix it up and then start to create little balls using your hands. This recipe gives between 10 to 15 balls. You can keep them in the fridge for up to 5 days (that was the maximum we tried).

Hope you enjoy it! 😊 Feel free to tell us here if you have already done something like it or how your try end up πŸ€—.
