    Hi guys! Ready for another post with recommendations? This time we've chosen the trope where the boy is the one who falls in love first. Usually this leads to the protagonist having absolutely no idea about what the boy is feeling and we're reading while screaming all the time in our heads things like "oh girl, he likes you! Open your eyes!". 

    💜 The Hating Game by Sally Thorne - in this enemies to lovers story, Lucy and Josh are executive assistants working for the co-CEOs of two rival publishing houses that have merged. They both spend their days annoying each other and arguing over the smallest things. Lucy is loving and very helpful, Josh is controlling and inflexible. However, appearances can be deceiving and Josh has feelings for Lucy even if he doesn't want to admit it 😏.

    💜 The Spanish Love Deception by Elena Armas - Lina has a big problem: her sister's wedding is coming up and she still doesn't have anyone to go with. Everyone knows that Lina left Spain after a scandal over her last relationship, and this man is going to be at the wedding. There is one candidate who agrees to go with her: Aaron Blackford, a work colleague and her absolute nemesis. Lina always thought he was a real life robot, but Aaron isn't what he seems and he's so prepared to pretend to be Lina's escort and boyfriend that his feelings start to seem too real 😶.

    💜 The Selection by Kiera Cass - in this dystopian novel, America Singer is a young woman who lives in a country called Illéa and belongs to the Five caste, the unrecognised artists hired to perform at small events. With the Selection taking place, a contest in which thirty-five girls are selected to compete for the prince's heart and become the future princess of Illéa, America is encouraged by her boyfriend to give in to her mother's request and send in her application. Although she has no expectations, America is chosen to go to the palace with the other candidates and immediately attracts the attention of Prince Maxon 👑.

    💜 A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas - in the second book of the A Court of Thorns and Roses series, Feyre Archeron deals with the trauma after the events under the Mountain caused by Amarantha's rule. Her agreement with Rhysand comes back to haunt her and she will have to live with him as designated in the contract and he begins to show a side she didn't expect 😌.
