🧾 Our O.W.L.'s MAGICAL READATHON results 🧾

    And our O.W.L.'s Magical Readathon challenge is over!

    How do you think we did? We have to admit that in the first two weeks we felt the pressure a lot more, but gradually we calmed down because we saw that it was perfectly possible to fulfil our goal. Besides, reading a little bit every day had been part of our plans since the beginning of the year, so it wasn't so difficult 🤷🏻‍♀️😌👌🏼.

       Without further ado, during the marathon, we managed to start and finish two books:

✨Potions ✨

     🧾 Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone by J. K. Rowling (we basically spent the first two weeks on this book hahaha. It's short, but we were also more relaxed because we had a birthday in the middle and ended up preparing everything and enjoying the party, so the reading was kept to a minimum hehehe😅)

✨Care of Magical Creatures ✨

      🧾 Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J. K. Rowling (we finished the book in the middle of Sunday afternoon! We were supposed to finish it on Saturday night, but we ended up reading it later than we expected and fell asleep like rocks 😴. We also ended up doing a mix between the physical book and the audio book during the times when we were tidying up. We can only do this with books we've already read or we end up losing the thread, so we decided to take advantage and combine the useful with the pleasant 😌)

✨ Ancient Runes ✨

    We started reading The Tales of Beedle the Bard today, but didn't get round to finishing it, so unfortunately, according to the marathon rules, we can't include it in the count ❌.

    In conclusion, we scored an Acceptable, so we did pass! Did we live up to your expectations? Personally, we think we did pretty well!     E chegou ao fim o nosso desafio da O.W.L.'s Magical Readathon!

 Como é que acham que nos saímos? Temos de admitir que nas primeiras duas semana sentimos muito mais a pressão, mas ao poucos fomos acalmando, porque vimos que era perfeitamente possível cumprir o objetivo que tínhamos. Além de que ler um bocadinho todos os dias já fazia parte dos nossos planos desde o início do ano, pelo que não foi tão difícil 🤷🏻‍♀️😌👌🏼.

    Sem mais delongas, durante a maratona, acabamos por conseguir iniciar e terminar dois livros:

✨ Poções ✨

    🧾 Harry Potter e a Pedra Filosofal da J. K. Rowling (basicamente passamos as duas primeiras semanas neste livro hahaha. É curto, mas também ficamos mais relaxados, porque apanhamos um aniversário pelo meio e acabamos a preparar tudo e a desfrutar da festa, pelo que a leitura ficou mesmo pelo mínimo hehehe😅)

✨ Cuidados com as Criaturas Mágicas ✨

      🧾 Harry Potter e a Câmara dos Segredos da J. K. Rowling (acabamos o livro mesmo a meio da tarde de domingo! Sorte a nossa! Éramos para acabar de ler no sábado à noite, mas acabamos por começar a ler mais tarde do que esperávamos e adormecemos como umas autênticas pedras 😴. Ah! Também acabamos por fazer um mix entre o livro físico e o livro em áudio durante os momentos em que estávamos em arrumações. Só conseguimos fazer isto com livros que já lemos ou acabamos por perder o fio à meada, por isso decidimos aproveitar e juntar o útil ao agradável 😌)

✨ Runas Antigas ✨

    Ainda começamos a ler Os Contos de Beedle o Bardo hoje, mas não chegamos a acabar, então pelas regras da maratona, infelizmente, não podemos inclui-lo na contagem ❌.

    Concluindo, tivemos a nota Aceitável, por isso, passamos! Correspondemos às vossas expectativas? Pessoalmente, até achamos que nos saímos bastante bem!
