🦃 Booksgiving Tag 🦃

    Hello everyone!😊 Here we are for our weekly appearance! Did you miss us? As you know, we're Portuguese and so we don't celebrate Thanksgiving. However, there are lots of people around the world who do, so we decided to do something to celebrate the holiday! To do this, we've picked up a very old tag from SophiesSeries channel to have a bit of fun with! 

    Shall we start?

1. The Wrangler/Savior: What character would be most likely to chase after a turkey and what character would be most likely to save it? 

    Easy! Patch Cipriano and Nora Grey from Hush Hush! There's even a scene where he points out that Nora is a defender of the poor unfortunate souls! It's very easy to imagine Patch unscrupulously chasing after a turkey, ready to start preparing Thanksgiving dinner, and Nora chasing after him and holding the turkey to save him from such a fate.💀

2. The Drama King/Queen: What book character would be most likely to start an argument at the table?

    Most likely it would be Draco Malfoy from the Harry Potter series! As soon as the spotlight fell on someone else, Malfoy would to try his hardest to cause trouble! And the worst thing is that his father will hear about this!☝🏻

 

3. The Space Cadet: What character would accidentally set the oven on fire?

    Feyre from A Court of Thorns and Roses series! We already know that Feyre can't cook, she herself admits it to Rhys, but the most likely thing was that someone would ask her just to keep an eye on the pots, she'd end up having a drink to pass the time and then two and three, because Cassian offered them to her... Next thing you know, the pot will be on fire!😅

4. The Loner: What character would most likely be a loner on Thanksgiving? (because, let's face it, no one wants them there).

    Hardin from the After series. But is there anyone who puts up with him during the festive season? No one wants his attitude around and when he's not pissed off and destroying the Thanksgiving dinner table, he'd be sulking in a corner.🙄

5. The Perfectionist: What character would be too preoccupied making sure that everything at the event is absolutely PERFECT? 

    Lucy from I Hate You, I Love You! We all know the attitude of our most dedicated assistant! Lucy can't say no and wouldn't be able to avoid making the table and decorations beautiful and perfect and preparing the food! She would fall exhausted and fall asleep with her face in her plate and not enjoy anything!😕

6. The Embarrassment: Which fictional character has a littleee too much (AKA a LOT) of the holiday spiced apple cocktail? 

    Robert Baratheon from A Song of Ice and Fire! Any doubts?👑

7. What book are you least thankful for this year? 

       There isn't one that we didn't like, so to speak, but I (Bia) wasn't a huge fan of The Great Gatsby. It wasn't really my thing, even though it's an easy classic to read. Give it a try and see for yourself!🤷🏻‍♀️

8.  What book are you MOST thankful for? 

    Daisy Jones & The Six and The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle. In our reviews we revealed how much we loved these books and how they were a super immersive reading experience. For anyone wanting a read for this darker months, The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle is a must!❤️

    Olá pessoal!😊 Cá estamos nós para a nossa presença semanal! Tiveram saudades? Como sabem, nós somos portugueses e como tal não festejamos o Dia de Ação de Graças. No entanto, existem imensas pessoas em todo o mundo que o celebram, pelo que resolvemos fazer algo para assinalar a data! Para tal, fomos buscar uma tag bem antiga do canal da SophiesSeries para nos divertirmos um pouco!

    Começamos?

1. O Caçador/o Salvador: Que personagem seria mais suscetível de perseguir um peru e que personagem seria mais suscetível de o salvar?

    Fácil! O Patch Cipriano e a Nora Grey do Hush Hush! Inclusive há mesmo uma cena em que ele chama a atenção que a Nora é uma defensora dos coitados! É muito fácil imaginar o Patch, sem escrúpulos, a perseguir um peru, pronto para começar a preparar o jantar de Ação de Graças e a Nora atrás dele e a pegar no peru ao colo, para o salvaguardar de tal destino.💀

 

2. O rei/a rainha do drama: Que personagem do livro teria mais probabilidades de iniciar uma discussão à mesa? 

    Muito provavelmente seria o Draco Malfoy da saga Harry Potter! Mal a atenção recaísse sobre outra pessoa, o Malfoy ia fazer o maior esforço do mundo para provocar problemas! E o pior é que o pai dele vai ficar a saber disto!☝🏻

3. O cadete espacial: Que personagem pegaria fogo ao forno sem querer? 

    A Feyre da saga Corte de Espinhos e Rosas! Já sabemos que a Feyre não sabe cozinhar, ela própria admite isso ao Rhys, mas o mais provável era que alguém lhe pedisse só para manter um olho nas panelas, ela ia acabar a beber um copinho para passar o tempo e depois dois e três, porque o Cassian lhos ofereceu... Quando dessem por eles, estaria a panela a arder!😅

4. O solitário: Que personagem seria mais provavelmente um solitário no Dia de Ação de Graças (porque, sejamos francos, ninguém o quer lá).

    O Hardin da saga After. Mas existe alguém que o ature nas épocas festivas? Ninguém quer a atitude dele por perto e quando não está irritado e a destruir a mesa do jantar de Ação de Graças ia estar amuado a um canto.🙄

5. O Perfecionista: Que personagem estaria demasiado preocupado em certificar-se de que tudo no evento está absolutamente PERFEITO? 

    A Lucy do Odeio-te e Amo-te! Todos nós conhecemos a atitude da nossa assistente mais dedicada! A Lucy não é capaz de dizer que não e não seria capaz de evitar tornar a mesa e as decorações lindas e perfeitas e a preparar a comida! Ia cair exausta e adormecer com a cara no prato e não ia desfrutar de nada!😕

6. O Embaraço: Qual é a personagem fictícia que bebeu um pouco demais (ou seja, MUITO) do cocktail de maçã com especiarias do feriado? 

    O Robert Baratheon das Crónicas de Fogo e Gelo! Alguém tem dúvidas?👑

7. Qual é o livro pelo qual estás menos agradecido este ano? 

    Não há um que não tenhamos gostado por assim dizer mas, não fiquei (Bia) super fã d'O Grande Gatsby. Não fez muito o meu género, ainda que seja um clássico fácil de ler. Experimentem e vejam por vocês mesmos!🤷🏻‍♀️
